  • If JaZ have to cancel a session then there are a few options (you can find this information in our terms and conditions policy);
  • If the session is cancelled prior to any payments being made then this amount will be deducted from your invoice.
  • If the session is cancelled on the day or once payment has already been made then we will issue either credit for this lesson on your next invoice or you will be offered a catch-up session to replace the cancelled one. Please note: if a catch-up session is arranged by JaZ then credit will not be added to your account.
  • If you are unhappy with your lesson or something about your lesson then please get in touch with us right away at enquiries@jazswimschool.com and we will try and resolve your issues promptly.
