- Swim front crawl with bi-lateral breathing for 75m
- Swim backcrawl with continuous arms for 75m
- Swim breaststroke with correct timing for 75m
- Perform standing dive into 1 length of front crawl (where depth allows)
- Swim 2 lengths front crawl showing tumble turns
- Show lifesaving backstroke
- Attempt back crawl tumble turns
